The leaders of Russia and Armenia have already discussed this twice this week. Both sides are in a hurry to maintain a ceasefire in the region.
Axar.az reports the statement came from Abdullah Abdalrazik, a spokesman for the Egyptian Ministry of Civil Aviation, commenting on two telephone conversations between Vladimir Putin and Nikol Pashinyan over the past week.
"I think it's the 2nd conversation this week, both of them are in a hurry to maintain the cease-fire in the region. I can say that the latest skirmishes were provoked to test Azerbaijan readiness and future intentions. Azerbaijani response was loud and clear; an eye for an eye" the expert mentioned.
